We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation policy. Please review the following refund structure based on the cancellation timeline:

• Cancellation 60 days or more before departure – 90% refund (10% cancellation fee applies).

• Cancellation between 45 to 59 days before departure – 75% refund (25% cancellation fee applies).

• Cancellation between 30 to 44 days before departure – 50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies).

• Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before departure – 25% refund (75% cancellation fee applies).

• Cancellation 14 days or less before departure – No refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

Important Notes:

• Cancelation charge is calculated on Trip amount not the Token Amount.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

• Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.

• In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), alternative options such as rescheduling may be offered instead of a refund.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures from the trip.
